Shipping

All items are shipped within 5-7 days. I base shipping costs on the weight of the piece as well as estimates based on where you’re located in proximity to me in Portland, Oregon. You’ll receive email updates when the label is created and again when your piece ships. I try to get things out as quickly as possible, but, please contact me if you’re concerned about any delays in transit so I can help track down your package.

Please double check your shipping details. If I’m notified of an error with the shipping details after your item is shipped, there is little I’ll be able to do to correct it. In some cases, I might be able to correct the address and I will always do my best to resolve any issue that might come up. However, I will not be able to offer a refund or replacement for lost packages.

At this time, shipping is only available in the United States. I hope to expand to include international shipping in the future as well.

Returns & Refunds

If something is wrong with your order or the item breaks in shipping, please contact me immediately so I can help. Although I do my best to ensure each piece is secured for the journey to you - sometimes things can break. If there is a replacement available, I’ll get a replacement shipped to you. If I’m out of stock, the purchase will be refunded.

As I am running a small business and sharing many one-of-a-kind pieces - all other return requests and refunds won’t be something I can accommodate at this time. Thank you for understanding and supporting my art!

Updates & Marketing

The shop is restocked when I’ve collected a significant enough inventory to post. This doesn’t follow a specific schedule, but, announcements will be made to my email and social media subscribers.

Shop updates and announcements are made through my Instagram account - which is linked to Facebook and through email notifications. Please sign up for my newsletter to receive notifications and/or follow me on social media.

If you would like to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can do so by clicking the link at the bottom of any email received.

Privacy & Data

My site is hosted by Squarespace, so all data collected during check out and while browsing my site is stored and shared with Squarespace. We will never use your collected information for anything other than sending newsletters and/or products. The following personal data is used to power site analytics:

  • Your IP address

  • The navigation source: Social Media, email link, google search, etc.

  • Clicks

  • Internal links

  • Pages visited

  • Scrolling

  • Searches

  • Timestamps

This helps me understand what is attracting traffic on my site and what kind of activity I’m getting.

During checkout, the following data is collected and stored through Squarespace as well:

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Email address

  • Name

  • Phone number

Squarespace needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyzes the data in a de-personalized form.
